MONDAY
MORNING: Cereal (1/3 c), Milk (3/4 c) and Juice (1/2 c)
LUNCH: Pizza, Carrots, or Tossed Salad (1/4 c), Fruit Cup (1/4 c) and Milk (3/4 c)
P.M. SNACK: Whole Fruit Item and Milk (1/2 c)
(Pizza 12 cuts, 1 Pizza whole contains 24oz. shredded cheese made on Whole Wheat Crust with tomato sauce)
TUESDAY
MORNING: Hot Oatmeal (1/4 c) with raisins if desired, Milk (3/4 c) and Fresh Orange Sections (1/2 c)
LUNCH: Spanish Rice with ground beef (1/2 c), Peas (1/4 c), Peaches (1/4 c) & Milk (3/4 c)
P.M. SNACK: Carrots, Cucumber, Broccoli (1/2 c), and Milk (1/2 c)
WEDNESDAY
MORNING: Cereal (1/3 c), Milk (3/4 c) and Juice (1/2 c)
LUNCH: Hamburger on Whole Wheat Bun, Broccoli & Cauliflower mix (1/4 c), Pineapple Tidbits (1/4 c) and Milk (3/4 c)
P.M. SNACK: Whole grain Crackers (4 each) and Sliced Cheese (1/2 oz-1-5 yrs), and Milk (1/2 c)
THURSDAY
MORNING: Cereal (1/3 c), Milk (3/4 c) and Juice (1/2 c)
LUNCH: 1 1/2 oz diced Chicken in gravy, 1 Baking Powder Biscuit, Peas and Carrots ( 1/4 c), Mandarin Oranges (1/4 c) and Milk (3/4 c)
P.M. SNACK: Marble Rye or Whole Wheat Bagel (1/4 each) with Jelly and Juice (1/2 c)
FRIDAY
MORNING: Pancake (with syrup if desired), Milk (3/4 c) and Applesauce (1/2 c)
LUNCH: Whole Wheat spirals and Cheese with Ham (1/2 c), California Blend (1/4 c), Pears (1/4 c) and Milk (3/4 c)
P.M. SNACK: Rice Cakes (5 each) and Milk (1/2 c)
*Cereal to include daily choice of Cheerios, Rice Krispies, Raisin Bran and Corn flakes.
*Juice includes choice of 100 % Orange, Grape, or Apple
*Whole milk for children up to 2 years of age, 1% for children 2 years and older
* Portions for children 1 - 2 years of age: Milk 1/2 cup, Vegtable and Fruit 1/4 cup total
