LUNCH: Scrambled Eggs (1/3 c), Whole Wheat Bread (1/2 slice), Diced Potatoes (1/4 c), Mandarin Oranges (1/4 c) and Milk (3/4 c)
P.M. SNACK: Cookie (1) and Milk (1/2 c)
TUESDAY
MORNING: Waffle (with syrup if desired), Milk (3/4 c) and Fresh Orange Slices (1/2 cup)
LUNCH: Soft Taco Shell (1 each), Fresh Chopped Lettuce (1 oz.), Diced Tomatoes (1 oz.), Taco Meat (1oz), Shredded Cheese (1oz), Pears (1/4 c) and Milk (3/4 c)
P.M. SNACK: Fresh Sliced Melon (1/2 c) and Milk (1/2 c)
WEDNESDAY
MORNING: Cereal (1/3 c), Milk (3/4 c) and Juice (1/2 c)
LUNCH: Curry Chicken (1/4 c), Brown Rice (1/4 c), Peas & Carrots (1/4 c), Apple Sauce (1/4 c), and Milk (3/4 c)

THURSDAY

LUNCH: Pork BBQ (1/4 c) on a multi grain bun, California Blend vegetables (1/4 c), Peaches (1/4 c) and Milk (3/4 c)
P.M. SNACK: 1/4 Whole Wheat Bagel with 1 Tbsp jelly & Juice (1/2 c)
FRIDAY
MORNING: Cereal (1/3 c), Milk (3/4 c) and Juice (1/2 c)
LUNCH: Whole Wheat Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce (1/2 c), Carrots (1/4 c), Pineapple Tidbits (1/4 c) and Milk (3/4 c)
P.M. SNACK: Fresh Sliced Vegetables (1/2 c) and Milk (1/2 c)
*Cereal to include daily choice of Cheerios, Rice Krispies, Raisin Bran and Corn flakes.
*Juice includes choice of 100 % Orange, Grape, or Apple
*Whole milk for children up to 2 years of age, 1% for children 2 years and older
* Portions for children 1 - 2 years of age: Milk 1/2 cup, Vegtable and Fruit 1/4 cup total
